Auberge De Jeunesse Hi Annecy

I had a great time during my Christmas stay at this hostel. the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. the location was fantastic, with beautiful hiking trails nearby for a scenic outdoor experience. the view from the terrace was stunning, allowing me to relax and take in the picturesque surroundings.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't appreciate. the shower rooms were not well-maintained and could have been cleaner.

I got great value for my money at Auberge De Jeunesse Hi. The room was small but had its own shower, making it convenient and comfortable. The location was a 15-minute walk from the city center, but there were frequent buses available. The staff treated me with kindness and I felt safe sharing a room with another guest.

The food for breakfast could have been better if there were more options available.

The communal spaces, including the lounge, dining area, and outdoor seating, were very nice. It was great to have these areas to relax and socialize with other guests. The staff at check-in were also very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was convenient, with just a 15-minute walk to the city center and nearby bus stops for easy transportation. during my stay, the buses were free, which was a great bonus.

One of the main drawbacks was the limited access to wifi. It was only available downstairs in the common spaces, and even there the connection was sometimes weak.

Good amount of space for luggage. it was a perfect place to relax and hang out.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, close to the town and with beautiful hiking trails nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. I also loved that the breakfast was included, it saved me time and money in the mornings.

There were a few things that could have been better. the shower in the room took a long time to get hot and there was no place to hang clothes to keep them dry.
